Vouchers cannot be refunded, redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.
General Terms and Conditions for our Voucher Customers
We at DVDLocker are transparent, open and honest about everything we do. Please see our stance when it comes to our Movie Vouchers below;
- Vouchers issued via us "DVD Locker" are to be used only via our website; www.dvdlocker.co.uk.
- Our Vouchers can only by used on 1 DVD Locker Online Account - If you attempt to redeem the voucher on more than 1 DVD Locker Online Account you would have breached our T&Cs and your voucher will be Null and Void.
- Movie Vouchers are valid for approx 12 months from the date of activation, Redemption and Issue date.
- Movie Vouchers are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If you lose, misplace or accidentally delete your voucher; our Support Team can re-issue the voucher free of charge.
- Our Vouchers cannot be sold onto third parties without prior consent from us, any vouchers that are found to be sold online or other may be suspended and voided.
