We don't offer refunds of any nature, however we do have a 'Discretionary Returns' process which is mentioned below;


We may allow you to receive a refund as part of our 'Discretionary refunds' policy. Please note you must meet a certain criteria before we can process this particular refund.


Eligibility;


  • You have just created an account (same day) and would like to cancel with immediate effect
  • We have not picked any movie(s) for you (within a max of 48 hours)


Please note as part of our Discretionary refund policy we will charge the following per refund which is known as our 'Cancellation Administration Charges;


  • We charge 0.99 administrative costs.


*Please note the above amounts will be deducted from your final refund amount payable


Please note these charges are non negotiable by accepting a refund under these terms you agree to the fee that shall be deducted from your refund amount.


Why do you charge to refund?

We do not charge our refund fee's to make a profit, this is purely to cover our base costs which we have listed below -The reason we charge for customers to be refunded are as follows;

  • Every-time a new DVD Locker Online Account is created this costs our company on average 1.29 per customer
  • Our administration team have to manually close down your account
  • Our payment providers charge us a fee for returning any funds paid


Timescales for refunds;


Our refund timescales are dependent on how you have made your initial payment to us - for your security we can ONLY send a refund to the account that you originally placed the order with.


PayPal Refunds - These will be processed within 1-2 working days.


Credit/Debit Cards - These will be processed within 5-7 working days.
