Returns policy

If you are a current DVD Locker subscriber, you have the chance to 'Swap' your movies as many times as you require (unlimited Swaps) before we dispatch the Movies out to you. Once we have dispatched the Movies to you we can no longer accept returns.


Faulty Discs

If your disc you receive is faulty, unplayable or damaged we can however exchange this for a like for like replacement at no extra cost to you. Please contact our Support Teams on any of the below methods to initiate the returns process;

Once you have informed us of the damaged disc(s) we will fill in a returns form for you and log this on your account. You will receive the new disc(s) via post in 1-2 working days.


Voucher Customers

If for whatever reason your voucher is delivered with a defect, we will replace this immediately for you.

We thought we'd like to mention we have a very low returns rate, this is because before we dispatch any disc(s) we check each and every one thoroughly to enable our customers to have a positive, uninterrupted viewing experience.
