Sometimes email providers, services and platforms places genuine emails into the SPAM folders or Trash. Normally our emails will come directly into your email inbox, however if you haven't received an email from us kindly check both your SPAM and Trash folders.

One way you can be sure to receive all our emails, is to add our email address to your preferred list, white list or contacts.
What we do
We have a specialist department, who monitor the outbound emails to our customers, they ensure that our emails are meeting all the rigorous requirements set by all major email account providers and pro-actively work with the providers to ensure we have a low SPAM rate for our emails sent. Normally our emails will filter to your personal inbox, however at times emails can go into the SPAM folders.
