If your payment fails, we will email you to inform you that we was unsuccessful in taking your monthly payment.


We will prompt you to either arrange for funds to be available, or for you to update your payment details (if for instance you change your bank account and/or get a new Credit/Debit card.


We will normally re-try to take the money in 3, 5 and 7 days. If we still cannot take the payment your account will be paused.


I still haven't paid and my account is paused! Now what?

Simply log back into your DVD Locker Online Account and make the payment, and that's it! Your account will instantly resume, and we will start sending your next instalment of movies to you.
