Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel any vouchers purchased via;

  • DVD Locker Directly
  • Any Third party platforms
  • Any Third party Vendors


If you have purchased a voucher, and no longer want this we will allow you to pass the subscription to someone else as a 'Gift' - If you would like to pass the voucher to someone else, please contact our support teams directly via LIVE Chat or Email.


For us to proceed with your request, we will request the following information from you;

  1. Your DVD Locker Username, Email Address or Account Number
  2. Your Full Name, and address details
  3. The Name of the person you are gifting the voucher to
  4. The Email address for the person


How does this process work?

Your current voucher which you have purchased will be cancelled, we will then issue a new voucher for the person you are gifting this.


They will receive an email via us 'DVD Locker' with a new voucher code, from here they can set up their DVD Locker online account, and proceed with filling out their Movie questionnaire.


How long will the voucher run for?

The voucher will run for the exact time left on your old voucher, for example;


If you have purchased a 12 months voucher and decide to gift this to someone after 2 months, the new voucher gifted would contain 10 months. We will always proceed with a like for like in terms of the voucher dates.


Can I get the voucher gifted back, once I have given this to someone else?

Unfortunately we can only accept 1 transfer of voucher per customer at this time. If you would like to get a voucher for yourself, you would need to purchase a separate voucher from us directly, or via one of our affiliates.


The terms

As part of the voucher gifting offer we can only accept a gift if the following are met; 

  1. Your voucher must have more than 30 calendar days left to run
  2. The person you are 'Gifting' the voucher to resides in the same location (UK, US, France etc)
  3. If you reside in the UK, and would like to 'Gift' the voucher to someone in the US for example, we would charge an additional charge*

Why do you charge an additional fee?

We only charge an additional fee if the country between the customers change, we charge the fee to cover the increase in the costs for us to deliver the movie(s). DVD Locker offers FREE worldwide standard delivery.


*If you would like to discuss this, please speak to one of our team and we will be more than happy to provide you with the additional fee which would be payable in order to transfer your voucher between countries.
