Unable to wait the 24 hours?

This is something that we cannot control at DVD Locker, however if you contact one of our team and provide;

  • Your registered email address
  • Payment method (used to purchase)
  • Your Name and address
  • A screenshot and/or confirmation email from the vendor


Once we have received this information, we then can fast track your voucher for you, although the voucher still won't show as active to us for 24 hours (this is when the vendor informs us) we will activate your voucher immediately for you, so you can start enjoying your DVD Locker service.
