Yes of course, simply follow the below instructions and remember you do not need to tell us your cancelling your account as we would keep this open for you.
If you want to cancel your subscription, kindly contact the platform and/or Third party company you purchased your subscription from, we would love to help you out with this request however because you haven't ordered directly from us we have no control cancelling your account.
You should be able to easily cancel your account with the third party platform, simply log in and hit cancel.
You will then need to log into your DVD Locker Online Account and click on Settings > Your Payment Details > Update your Payment Details > Save we will then take payments from DVD Locker and not the third party provider, you can amend your details at anytime in your online account.
Please note once you have done this, you will gain access to all your payments, and can edit and change your payment details when you want to - giving your more control, flexibility over your DVD Locker subscription.
