Yes even if your not a customer with us, you can create a ticket right online!


For Computer, Laptop and Tablet users:

simply click New Support Ticket at the top of the Knowledge base homepage or click here


For Mobile customers:

At the top of the page you will see a + icon in a box, click this and you will taken straight to the ticket form, simply fill this out and you will receive an email confirming we have received your request.


Did you know?

You can even create an account so you can log into your ticket, edit your ticket, add more information and see all the interactions that has happened with your ticket.
